Candy Cane Martini

Spread some cheer with this sweet holiday drink.  Marlene, our Bar Manager shares her signature Candy Cane Martini Recipe.

1/4 cup   Crushed Candy Cane

1/2 oz     Grenadine

1/2 oz     Bailey’s Irish Cream

1/2 oz     Peppermint Schnapps

1/2 oz     White Chocolate Liqueur

1/4 oz     White Creme de Cacao

Shaved Chocolate (Optional)


Place small drop of Grendaine on small rimmer plate or saucer, gently dip one side of Martini Glass in the Grenadine, twist glass so the grenadine covers the rim.  Spread Crushed Candy Cane on a small plate or saucer, dip rim of glass into the candy cane to lightly coat. Twirl a line of Grenadine inside the glass if you like, to add more colour.

In a shaker combine the liqueurs and cream with ice, and shake.  Pour mixture into the glass (straining the ice out), garnish lightly with shaved chocolate and/or a mini Candy Cane, and enjoy!
