A former bartender’s maritime twist on a traditional Pimm’s Cup. A fresh classic cocktail, with ginger beer for an extra bold flavour, that won’t disappoint.

2 oz. Pimm’s
3 oz. Ginger Beer (Non-Alcoholic)
6 Fresh Mint Leaves
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 oz. Simple Syrup
Fresh Strawberry, Cucumber & Lime Wedge.
In a glass beaker, muddle 5 fresh mint leaves with 1 oz. fresh lemon juice and 1 ice cube. Fill beaker with ice cubes, add 2 oz. Pimm’s, 3 oz. ginger beer & 1/4 oz. simple syrup.
Stir until well chilled and strain into a chilled glass, half filled with ice. Top with club soda and garnish with fresh strawberry, cucumber, lime wedge and a spring of mint.
