Summer Solstice Cocktail

All the things you love about summer drinks, fresh, floral, citrus, and bubbles, combine in this beautiful and full flavour cocktail.  Want to give it a try?  We’ll be serving up this luscious libation at our President’s Party, this Saturday night!  Tickets still available!

Summer Solstice

Served in a Champagne Flute

1/4 ounce   Uncle Val’s Botanical Gin (flavours of Lemon, Juniper, Lavender, and Cucumber)

1/2 ounce   Floral Simple Syrup (see below)

Top with Canaletto Prosecco & Edible Micro Flowers


How to make Floral Simple Syrup:

2 cups         Sugar

4 cups         Water

5 ounces     Hibiscus Water

5 ounces     Rose Water

4 ounces     Orange Water

3 ounces     Juniper Berries

Bring all ingredients to a boil over medium-high heat, reduce to simmer for 15-20 minutes or until thickened, stirring frequently.  Discard Juniper Berries before pouring

*makes approx 6 cups, refrigerate leftovers.
